How long does a pod last?

Each pod has enough e-liquid to last for about ~300 puffs. How quickly or how slowly you complete each pod is entirely based on your daily smoking habits and how much vapor you take in with each inhalation.

How do we differ from traditional cigarettes?

Vont simulates the smoking experience without ash or the lingering smell associated with traditional cigarettes. There are two main components: the rechargeable unit (battery) and the container (pod) for our flavored liquids. When you inhale via the pod mouthpiece, the rechargeable unit is activated. This action heats up the e-liquid in the container, and it is then converted into a vapor. You inhale and exhale this vapor.

Are rechargeable Vont devices compatible with other electronic cigarette brands?

No. Using Vont devices with other brands can cause malfunction and void the warranty.

What makes Vont better than other electronic cigarettes?

Our e-liquid is made in the UK with domestic and imported ingredients. List of ingredients and nicotine levels are available on the back of all Vont product packages that include Vont e-liquid.

Vont also has strict quality control standards; We maintain an independent party to inspect the production for quality control.

Where are Vont's products manufactured?

Our products, including packaging, batteries, and chargers, are made in China. E-liquid is made in the UK. The materials have been approved to act as consumables and are safe for human contact/use.

Can I refill my pod?

No. Our pods are intended for single-use only.

Do our pods contain propylene glycol?

Yes. Propylene glycol, when combined with glycerin, enhances flavoring. Propylene glycol is often used in electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) as a base carrier and to blend flavor ingredients. In combination with glycerin, it also improves flavor delivery and aerosol density and generally enhances the overall product quality and experience.

How do I know when my pod is empty?

When your pod produces less vapor, stops producing vapor completely, or gives off a bad taste.

How does nicotine salt work?

Nicotine salts are absorbed into the body easier and faster than when inhaling regular 'free base' nicotine liquid.

They are absorbed faster by the lungs and provide an immediate rush when inhaled.

Can I use any other type of charger or cable to charge vont?

Your vont product comes with a USB cable that can be used with a USB-compatible device (e.g., a computer).

We do not recommend you use any other charger or charging cord sold by a third party as we can't guarantee other company's products meet the voltage and requirements. If you choose to use a third-party product, we can't guarantee performance or be responsible for any issues you may experience with your product.

In addition, using non-Vont charging devices may void your warranty.

How should I dispose of my Vont device/battery?

Follow local, state, and national laws and regulations regarding the disposal of products.

How do I charge my Model one Device?

Our Model one Device comes with a Micro USB Charger.

For best performance when using for the first time, it is recommended that you fully charge your product before using it.

Follow the following steps:

  1. Place your included USB cable into a compatible docking station.
  2. Insert your Micro USB cable into your product.
  3. The Battery Indicator on your product indicates with three colors, which battery level the battery has.
  4. Red (0-20%) Blue (20-80%) White (80-100%).
  5. Full charge of your product is reached after about 45 minutes from when the battery level was at (0%).

How long can I use my Model one Device before it needs to be charged?

When fully charged, our Model One device should operate for approximately 8 hours, although individual usage varies.

What is nicotine salt?

Nicotine salts are a new innovation in e-liquid science aiming to deliver higher nicotine content with a smoother inhale compared to standard 'freebase' nicotine.

Nicotine salts not only enhance the vaping experience for the user, they are also effective for quitting smoking.

Nicotine salts are a naturally occurring compound in several plant species. It is most concentrated in the leaves of the iconic tobacco plant. The term salt refers to common table salt, it is also an explanation of the chemical process when an acid is mixed with a base (alkali). Thus, nicotine salts are created by mixing specific acids with free-base nicotine.

This not only makes nicotine salts a more stable form of nicotine, it also changes how nicotine interacts with the body.

This is particularly advantageous for a user quitting smoking as the absorption rate for the nicotine mimics closely to naturally occurring nicotine salts found in traditional cigarettes containing tobacco leaf.

What nicotine levels do you offer?

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we accept Klarna, Swish, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and American Express credit cards.

What do I do if my transaction fails?

Even if this is a very rare situation, you can refresh the page and try to pay again; under all circumstances, if your account is mistakenly charged twice, please contact us and we will refund the double order via the original payment method. If you continue to have transaction problems, please contact us with details of the error message.

What should I do if I get a payment error?

Does Vont collect and store payment information?

We do not collect or store any of your payment information. Since payment is handled directly by the third party payment service provider, we do not have access to your personal payment information.

Orders & Shipping

When do you ship orders?

Once your order has been placed, it is processed by the warehouse the next working day. Then it is packed and sent with PostNord Varubrev.

You should receive your order 1-3 days after this. Packages are not transported during weekends and holidays. When dispatched, a tracking number is sent to you via e-mail. Usually, your order is delivered 1-2 days after it has been sorted at PostNord's terminals.

Your package is delivered directly to your mailbox if possible. If this is not possible, it will be forwarded to your nearest post agent and you will then be notified via SMS to the specified phone number.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

There are no customs or duty fees in Sweden.

Can I return my products?

Our customers are entitled to a 14-day open purchase on our range, provided the products are unused. This also applies to Pods; they should be returned unopened and in the same condition as they were purchased.

The customer is always responsible for the cost of the return and is responsible for the item until it has been received by us.

If you wish to return an item, you should contact our customer service via email or phone within the specified time period. When the return is received, a refund is made to the account that was charged at the time of purchase, provided the parties do not agree otherwise.

Please note that if you return products that are not valid for return, these will only be sent back to you at your request and against postal charges.

Can I redirect my order to a different address if my order has already been shipped?

We can only deliver the package to the original destination that is stated in the order information.

Can I change my delivery address after the order has been shipped?

The shipping address can only be changed before the order is executed.

What happens if the product I receive does not match my order or if my package goes missing?

Please contact our customer service. We may ask you to provide pictures or videos when you contact customer service so that we can understand your problem and help you solve it promptly.

How do I cancel my order?

Before the package is shipped, you can contact our customer service to arrange the cancellation. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Track Order

Once I've made my order, what can I expect?

  1. An order confirmation from Vont
  2. A payment confirmation from your payment service provider Within 24-48 hours, you should be able to receive a delivery confirmation when your order is ready to be sent to you. You can find the tracking number in a delivery confirmation email/SMS, or contact our customer service.

How do I use my order tracking number?

Check your email and text message inbox to see if you have already received your tracking number, which is usually sent to you within 24-48 hours after your order confirmation has been issued.

If your tracking number does not return any tracking information, this can be due to the following reasons:

  1. The delivery company has not yet received your package.
  2. The delivery company has not entered your tracking information.
  3. The tracking number you entered is incorrect or invalid.
  4. The tracking number you entered has expired. Each operator usually takes some time to process your order information before the tracking information is updated. If you cannot find the shipment, you may need to contact the carrier for further information.

Warranty & Maintenance

The Vont device is faulty. How do I fix it?

Contact us via our customer service and show pictures/videos to explain the problem. Our customer service strives to provide you with a solution within 24 hours.

What should I do if the received product is damaged?

If there's a fault with any item or if an item is missing, you should contact our customer service via email or phone within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered. When making a claim, the order number/receipt and reason for the claim should be stated. Also prepare clear pictures or videos that can completely prove the product's damage. In some cases we need to take the products back for review, so always save the products that are faulty and the packaging they came in.

Our customer service will review the problem and provide a solution within 24 hours. In cases where your product is found to be defective, a refund is made to the account that was charged at the time of purchase, provided the parties do not agree otherwise.
